Sending them from the web of course!  Just when you thought this site couldn’t get more exciting… more news about my cheap faxing adventures!  Today I sent a fax to Washington DC for free using FaxZero.  They let you send up to three pages twice a day to anywhere in the US or Canada without registration for free.  Apparently they print ads on the cover page so it might not be all that great for resumes.  That is all, I promise no more boring fax stuff.
